Join me for a cosy Autumn weekend yoga retreat 14-16 November at a beautiful Georgian house in the East Sussex countryside, nestled under the South Downs.
Starting each morning with an energising and uplifting yoga practice, and ending each day with a restorative and meditative wind down session, together we’ll stretch and restore our bodies, whilst calming and balancing our minds. The yoga style will be a mindful hatha flow, suitable for all levels.
Over the weekend we’ll enjoy delicious and healthy vegetarian meals prepared by our very own chef, using home grown seasonal produce from the kitchen garden.
During the day you’ll have free time to relax in the cosy living areas, receive a massage treatment from a range of local therapists, or read in the library. For those feeling more active there are bicycles available to hire, tennis courts within the grounds, and beautiful walks up onto the South Downs with expansive views over the English Channel.
As we’ll be within the perfect environment for contemplation, I’ll be offering an optional ‘manifestation workshop’ where we will use several exercises to work on personal visions and goals for the future…
Tilton House is in Firle, East Sussex which is situated in the South Downs, a 1. 5 hour train ride from Central London. Pick ups from Berwick station will be organized.
The cost is £265 per person and this includes 4 yoga classes, 6 meals, station pick ups and accommodation for two people sharing. Each of the bedrooms have plenty of character and views over either the Sussex Weald or Downs.
We can take 10 – 14 people.
